About the coaching
I work with an approach called "Three Principles Understanding" which explains how our personal experience is created in our own mind. In coaching we look at your individual situation together and consider your challenges and wishes in the light of this understanding. You will experience insights and aha-moments in which your perspective changes and you can look at your life with new eyes. This allows you to automatically let go of stressful thinking. Once you have internalized this new way of perceiving, you will experience more and more presence, lightness and resilience in your everyday life.
